Deleting your account
How to delete your Mafimo account and everything in it, and how to change your mind.
Mafimo is operated by Applantic.AI, a product of Applantic Technology Labs (OPC) Private Limited. You can delete your account and all of its data from inside the app at any time.
- Open Mafimo and sign in.
- Go to Account, then Settings.
- Choose Delete Account.
- Confirm when you are asked to.
Your profiles are hidden from other people straight away. Everything is then permanently deleted after 30 days: your account, every candidate profile you created, your family records, your photos, your saved preferences, your shortlists, and your synced contacts.
You have 30 days to change your mind. Sign in again during that time and you can cancel the deletion and keep everything. After 30 days it cannot be undone.
Some records are kept longer where the law requires it, such as transaction and security logs. If you can no longer sign in, write to protect@mafimo.com from the email address on the account and we will delete it for you.
