Deleting some data without closing your account
You do not have to delete everything. These can be removed on their own.
If you want to remove something specific rather than close your account, each of these can be deleted on its own from inside the app.
- A candidate profile you created, including its photos. Account, then the profile, then Delete. Removed permanently after 30 days, and you can cancel during that time.
- Your family record, or an individual family member.
- A profile share link. Revoke it and it stops working immediately.
- Any permission you have given, from Privacy settings. Withdrawing one stops that use of your data.
- Photos on a profile, which can be removed individually.

Contacts you have synced cannot be removed on their own. Deleting your account removes them. If you need them cleared sooner, write to us and we will do it.
